Contribution Rules

By making a contribution to Christy Lillie for Saline Area Schools, you certify that:

  1. The contribution is made from your own funds and is not being made in the name of another person.
  2. You are a U.S. citizen or lawfully admitted permanent resident.
  3. The contribution is not made from corporate or labor treasury funds or another prohibited source.
  4. Your contributions do not exceed $1,225 per person per election cycle.

Contributions are not tax-deductible.

Michigan campaign finance law requires the campaign to collect certain information about contributors. If an individual’s cumulative contributions exceed $100 during an election cycle, additional information, including occupation, employer, and the employer’s principal place of business, may be required for campaign finance reporting.
